What is LH?

LH (Luteinising Hormone) is a hormone that is produced by the brain and stimulates the ovulation. Approximately 24 - 36 hours before the ovulation the concentration of LH in urine increases. By measuring this increase, the moment of ovulation and consequently the moment you have the best chances of becoming pregnant, can be predicted.
