General questions about the MiraTes Ovulation HomeTest
When to test?
As soon as you know you want to become pregnant, you can start using the MiraTes Ovulation HomeTest.
Step 1: Determine the length of your menstrual cycle over a period of months. Your cycle starts on the first day of your menstruation (day 1) until the day before your next menstruation.
Step 2: Circle the length of your cycle in the table below. Attention! When your cycle is irregular, you should choose the shortest cycle of the last 4 months
Step 3: By using the calendar and the example below, you can determine when you have to start testing.
Example:
When you have a cycle of 28 days, start testing on the 11th day after the start of your menstruation (see table 1). This means that, if your last cycle, for instance, started on March 3 (see table 2), you should start testing on the 11th day after 3 March (the first day). In this case, March 13.
