At what time of the day should I perform the test?

We advise to perform the test each day on the same time. It is important that, before performing the test, you have not urinated for at least 2 hours. Please, do not use your first morning urine for the test. This type of urine contains a larger concentration of hormones and will therefore provide a less reliable test result.
