Do I have to be at home to receive my express order?

Yes. If you have chosen the express order option, you have to accept the package personally. If you are not at home, the courier will try to deliver it to you again the next day. If you are not at home then, the courier will leave you a message with information on where you can collect the package. You can always contact the courier with your tracking number so they can tell you where your package is at that moment and how you can collect it.
