I wasn't at home when the courier came by. How can I collect my order?

If you were not at home when the courier tried to deliver the package to you, he will try to deliver it to you again the next day. If you are not at home then, the courier will leave you a message with information on where you can collect the package. If this has not happened, please contact the courier. With your tracking number, they can tell you where your package is and how you can collect is.
